Terms of Service

The service. Eventara provides event program management software on a subscription basis under the plan and seat count in your order form.

Your account. You're responsible for the people you invite and the roles you grant them. Keep credentials private; tell us right away if you suspect misuse.

Your data. It's yours. We process it only to provide the service and never claim ownership of your events, budgets or contacts.

Billing. Annual or monthly per your order form. Seats over your cap bill at the overage rate on your contract. Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the paid term.

Availability. We target 99.9% uptime and will notify you of planned maintenance. Questions: legal@eventara.com.
