Privacy Policy

What we collect. Account details you give us (name, work email, company), the event data your team enters, and standard usage logs. We don't buy data about you and we don't sell yours.

How we use it. To run your workspace, support you, bill you, and improve the product. Sales inquiries from this site go to a person, not a drip campaign.

Who sees it. Your organization's members according to the roles your admins set. Eventara staff access customer workspaces only for support, and every such session is audited.

Where it lives. Encrypted at rest and in transit, hosted in the United States. Receipts, floor plans and files you upload stay in your tenant.

Your controls. Export or delete your organization's data at any time from Administration, or email privacy@eventara.com.
